Ken Berklee

Senior Advisor

Ken Berklee is a Senior Advisor for Tuatara Capital, L.P., a leading cannabis industry-focused private-equity firm, where he counsels portfolio companies on growth, and go-to-market strategy & execution. Prior to joining Tuatara, he was Vice President of Marketing for Anthem, Inc. for nearly a decade where he was responsible for effectively deploying a $300M budget and orchestrating all Marketing activities for Anthem’s $50B Medicaid and Medicare business division.

Previously, Ken held various leadership roles in management consulting, corporate strategy, market development and marketing over 30 years in the health care industry including as VP of Corporate Strategy at Aetna, and a senior-level consultant with consultancies, PricewaterhouseCoopers, and Willis Towers Watson based in New York City, Miami, Tampa, and Hartford over that time.

Ken has an MBA in Healthcare Administration from the City of University of New York & Mount Sinai School of Medicine, and a BA in Economics from Franklin & Marshall College. He resides with his wife Betty and three children in Virginia Beach, is a gigging acoustic guitar player and singer for his all-for-charity rock band, Fretomology, and has been a Big Brothers Big Sisters, “Big” for over 20 years.
