Fund I PORTFOLIO
GCH, Inc. is a cannabis IP-development company focused on branded, premium cannabis products. With Willie’s Reserve as its flagship brand, GCH incubates, markets, and builds value for its brands through its vertically aligned sourcing, distribution, and retail platform. GCH currently markets and distributes its brands across the California, Colorado, Washington, Oregon, Maryland, and Nevada markets.
Teewinot Life Sciences Corporation is an international biotechnology company focused on the bio-synthetic production of cannabinoids. Teewinot has developed the patent-protected CannSynthesis® process to produce pharmaceutically-pure cannabinoid molecules at scale for the pharmaceutical, nutraceutical, and social consumption end-markets as well as for the academic research communities. Teewinot currently holds 10 U.S. patents, one Canada patent, and has more than 40 additional pending patent applications in the U.S. and internationally.
Green Dot Labs is a Colorado-based manufacturer of ultra-premium cannabis concentrates and vaporization cartridges for the medical-use and social consumption markets. In November 2018, Slang Worldwide, Inc. and former Tuatara portfolio company Organa Brands finalized a strategic transaction in which Slang acquired Organa Brands, a leading distributor of branded cannabis oil products. The acquisition established Slang Worldwide as a leading global cannabis consumer packaged goods company with a robust portfolio of renowned brands distributed across 2,600 stores in 11 states in the US. Slang Worldwide is focused on acquiring and developing market-proven regional brands as well as creating new brands to meet the needs of cannabis consumers worldwide. Slang Worldwide is listed on the Canadian Securities Exchange under the ticker symbol SLNG and on the Frankfurt Stock Exchange under the trading symbol 84S.
The CanAscen Group is a new portfolio company formed through a joint venture between Teewinot Life Sciences and a strategic partner based in Canada. The Company holds a limited, Teewinot-issued CannSynthesis® license with permitted use restricted to the recreational marijuana market, and to non-pharma applications, in Canada.
Enlighten Technologies is a leading digital-out-of-home media and retail technology company dedicated to the cannabis industry. The Company’s rapidly growing network currently spans over 800 dispensary accounts, the growth of which has been driven by a virtuous cycle of customer engagement, satisfaction, education, increased dispensary revenue, and increased brand awareness and sales for brands & advertisers.
Connecticut Pharmaceutical Solutions is the leading medical cannabis wholesaler in Connecticut and holds one of four cannabis producer licenses awarded by the State’s Department of Consumer Protection. Sumapaz Enterprises was founded in 2017 with a mission to establish the national standard for premium genetics and pharmaceutical-quality cannabis cultivation, extraction, and formulation in Colombia. Sumapaz is a Colombian licensed producer of medical cannabis and headquartered in the Sumapaz Valley which is comprised of 57 hectares in Corcorna, Antioquia. The Company will utilize advanced breeding and proprietary genetics with cutting-edge cultivation and extraction techniques to establish a leading position as a medical cannabis brand within Colombia and become a global distributor of high-quality medical cannabis products.

Green Flower Media (“GFM”) is a trusted leader in cannabis media and education. GFM is based in Ventura, CA, and it develops certificate programs and continuing education courses for higher education curriculum for colleges and universities, cannabis training for corporations and governmental agencies, as well as industry-endorsed streaming content through subscription services. GFM’s current content portfolio features over 1,500 hours of high-quality video content presented by 700+ cannabis industry experts, including medical doctors, research scientists, and well-respected cannabis entrepreneurs.
Willow Biosciences, Inc. is a Calgary, Canada-based biotechnology company focused on developing high-value intellectual properties on a yeast-based cannabinoid biosynthesis platform. Willow has applied its integrated suite of technologies to develop manufacturing processes for numerous active pharmaceutical ingredients with various therapeutic benefits, including cancer treatment, pain management, and CNS disorders. In the cannabinoid field, Willow owns proprietary yeast-based lab strains that produce cannabidiol (CBD), tetrahydrocannabinol (THC), and cannabigerol (CBG), as well as minor and novel cannabinoids.
